Really nice, but lacking

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I like the galaxy series phones. I had the S5 active, the S9, the S10, and now the S21. The 21 is a great phone, but it still is lacking. Although I would like a headphone jack, its not necessary. With the Bluetooth headphones being reasonably prices, I can live without it. The lack of a power button, well, you can set it up pretty easily. No manual or even a quick reference guide (that has USEFUL info), can be found online. The one big failure is the lack of expandable memory. My S9...I could add 128G with an SD card, which was nice. Not so with the S21...no SD card slot. That is my one and only MAJOR complaint.
I would recommend this to a friend!

I "Down-Graded" to this phone frome the Galaxy S9. This phone is lacking in so many areas compared to my old phone, from no sd card slot, no headphone jack, no LED notification lights on the top, too quiet of a vibration, a big bully camera taking an entire corner of the phone, and very few system settings and customizability compared to my S9.
The only thing better about this phone is the battery, sound, and higher picture and camer quality.
I'm disappointed, after having the S9 for so long, I figured the newer models would have improved.
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

Very Disapointed

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I switched from a Galaxy Note 8. The cell service on this s21 is worst. In some areas I could see the call coming in but could not answer it. Also apps are slower. I could click (touch) one and nothing happened. In 15 to 30 seconds later the app would finially pop up. If you touched one more than once you might get a more than one open. After 2 months I switched back. No more S21 for me. Lot happier back on the Note 8.
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

So Slow!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I wish I hadn't upgraded. I don't like having the "on" button on the side or that it doesn't have a headset port but, those things aside, this is the slowest phone I've ever owned.

Undoubtedly one of the best phones in history

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I have had this phone since it came out in January, and every day I can't help but appreciate this phone. It's the first time I've felt this way about any phone I've owned, and the phone has served me so well I feel compelled to write this review.
To be completely honest, I have zero criticism on it. It sounds crazy, but everything about this phone is just 10/10. The phone itself is beautiful in design, the battery lasts a long time, the 120hz display is smooth and gorgeous, and One UI is insanely customizable and smooth. Absolutely perfect.
The Galaxy S21 is an all around excellent phone, and not once have I ever regretting purchasing this phone.
I would recommend this to a friend!
