[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Overall okay phone but the facial recognition never works properly and fingerprint reader doesn't work properly either. The fingerprint unlock and facial recognition unlock almost never work for me. Too many preloaded apps taking up much needed space. The Wi-Fi 6 could be faster even. The back camera could use better AI.
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

I just love Samsung!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I switched out my Note 20, for the basic S21. Which in my opinion was a big mistake! The S21 is a great phone, but I lost my stylus privileges. I should had went with the S21 Ultra.
