It's ok, not as great as I wanted though.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] It's a little bigger than my last phone but it's not bad. I bought a simple clear protector for the corners and feel wise it's good. I felt compelled to get a protector because the frame got a ding already. The screen is nice and crisp but it already has a scratch. My last phone went 5 years with no damage to the screen at all and it was with me traveling by car, bus, and train and more drops than I care to admit. The camera did not impress me as much as I thought but it does have a couple of nice features like being able to take stills while recording a video. The worst issue is the speaker. Unless you have headphones or earbuds, don't have very personal conversations. In order to hear well, you have to turn the volume up but the speaker is in such a weird place it lets everyone hear. The handsfree however is exceptional. Overall it's a good phone. For the money, I would have prefered to keep my old one. Apparently, I have no choice but to get the insurance since, as I mentioned, the screen is already scratched and the body has noticable damage. It makes me question the quality of the rest of the phone. Sorry, one last thing, you can't hold a button down to turn it off. You have to open the settings screen and drag another screen down in order to power it off. That seems minor, but it was a social saver on several occasions.
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] This new S21 5G phone is more than what I originally was going after when we were told be year end our other cell would no longer work, however, I am glad I upgraded to this model. The camera is great and I am glad to have more memory for apps and photos from my old outdated phone.
