Very Happy w/ my Samsung

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] We upgraded to this 5g phone and it's been great. The transfer of all files, data and apps was easy. It even transferred my saved passwords (in my norton app) which made the transition....not such a pain.
The screen is clear, bright, and large enough, so that texting is easy.
The spell check on this phone is better than on my last. I had turned it off on the old phone but it does a great job on this one.
Plus, the camera is wonderful. (See photos)
I do wish the power button was still on the left. With it on the right, it makes taking screenshots harder.
I would also like to be able to hook-in actual wired ear buds. The wireless are too expensive.
And it should have come with the plug-in to charge it. We are using our last phones fast-charg plugs.
But, overall, I'm very pleased.

Takes time to navigate

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I am an iPhone to Android user and, while the battery life and photo quality of the S21 is a vast improvement -- learning how to navigate the OS continues to take time to master. I have had this phone for over a month and am still learning where to find settings. My only complaint is the Android OS is not as intuitive as the iOS, and that music I purchased on iTunes has to be accessed behind a paywall -- such as YouTube premium or Apple Music -- or an app with ads. On the flip side, I am thrilled I can use my music as ringtones and not buy ringtone versions of songs I already own. If Android comes out with a service where I can listen to my music I already purchased without needing to pay a subscription or sit through ads -- then they will truly blow Apple out of the water.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] 2 things I miss from my S9: the ability to tap the bottom of my screen to turn it on, and the blue light at the top letting me know I have notifications. I do not miss the Bixby button. I'm glad it's gone. Loving the newest camera. More storage is also a great addition!
