[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I have had my s21 since march it dose every thing i need the screen is bigger then my s9 i had i have always had samsung phones this phone by far is the best i use it for work i use for personal and i play games on it aswell good video quality and vivid color i liked it so much i bragged to my wife and i let her use it she got the same phone the samsung galaxy s21+5 g

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I have had several of the other guy's phones with nothing but disappointment. Poor connection, unable to download apps that are supposed to work, and unable to print from my cellphones. All this frustration is GONE!
Love the picture quality and quickness of apps loading up. Love the different options of picture quality that is available. All in all a great phone!

Fantastic Upgrade

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I am a few weeks into my ownership of the S21, which has been solid and responsive, when I can access it. With COVID and mask wearing becoming commonplace, facial recognition as a means of authentication has become difficult. The fingerprint reader does not work well in low light, and will not work unless you align your finger exactly the right way without any physical indicators to guide the alignment. Say what you will about rear fingerprint readers, they were a much more reliable means of authentication. If Samsung could add a rear fingerprint reader and ditch the behind the screen reader they would have a much more reliable product.
