I wasn't too impressed at first. there were issues with connecting to the 5g network, UI problems, and others. However, the major patches and updates addressed 90% of my concerns. I am a moderate user. I enjoy the phone, the battery lasts, the camera is slower than I'd like it to be, but the photos are crisp.
I would recommend this to a friend!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] The phone is okay overall, although I thought I was going to be more impressed. The processing has not been as fast as I feel like it should be, even with me closing apps to try to speed the processing of others. The camera has been clear, good quality and was the best feature of the phone. Although being a Samsung customer for many years and had my expectations blown away before, unfortunately this phone could not provide that feeling. I may have to pay the extra money to go back to the note series instead or even worse go to the iPhone :(
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I bought this phone q month after release and was hesitating giving up my S10 for it. However, I'm glad that I did. This phone checks almost every box that my old phone did and more! The displays now 120hz which is a treat for the eyes and the hole punch is now smaller and less noticeable too. The phone material on the back is now plastic but somehow samsung made me fall in love with even that. Plus the 800 dollar price tag is a no brainer. This phone is great!!
