Not working right

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Builder put this in and anytime I try and microwave anything over 3 minutes, it shuts off and won’t run for a good minute. Very irritating

i AM 100% DISAPPOINTED The installer installed microwave and fixed the clock and cleaned up his mess and left. I tried to warm up a cup of coffee and IT DID NOT WORK. I read the manual went on to u tube re read the manual and nothing works I am extremely upset. It was the day before Thanksgiving. The light in the microwave does not go out so apparently there is something wrong with the door sensor. I called where I purchased it and they were closed and not open till Monday. So the more I sit here the more upset I am.
