Faulty door

The door doesn’t close because the whole mecanism rests on that tiny plastic holding it. Love the size, look and worked great but now we can’t close the door so it won’t work

Builder grade microwave

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] The microwave functions as expected for a builder grade quality unit. The only things I wish were improved are: 1)The fan noise is very loud; 2) the opening and closing of the door is very loud - always sounds like it's being slammed; 3) the +30 seconds button should make the unit turn on for 30 seconds!

Solid microwave

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I've had this microwave about a month now and love it. It's quick, the features are intuitive and ones I want/need and it looks great. My only reason for 4 stars is that the fan, at highest level is noisy. And I wish there were 2 lightbulbs (shining on my stove) instead of one.

Great microwave with need of simple improvements

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] To start, this microwave is a really high quality unit. It is aesthetically pleasing and feels durable as a first impression. Set up seemed to be a breeze, but once we started using the microwave we realized that a few settings needed altering; sound level, power output, and other more simple items. It is not intuitive or user friendly to go into the settings system and change these settings. I had to dig into the full users manual (should have started here) and walk through a few steps to get to these settings. Once I was able to find them, change the setting such as the volume level, I found that the volume at peak output was still really hard to hear around the corner from the kitchen. It is audible up to about 25-30 feet. Simple fix, needs addressing. Otherwise it is a great fit. One of the best features about the microwave is the door hinge design, which allows for the edge of the door to hinge inwards towards the microwave rather than require additional space around the micro to hinge outward into the cabinets. This allows for the unit to fit into any space regardless of depth. With our previous purchase we had to take it back since the door hinged outward into our cabinets and would not open completely. So I love this feature on this micro. Simple improvement, but saves a huge headache on the install.
