Functional

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] This microwave works fine. It has a reminder alert if you don’t hear the first one. One time I put something in early to get it ready, but then about 10 minutes later hit the minutes to start. The microwave was confused and wouldn’t work since it didn’t think there was anything in there. I had to open and close the door to make it start which was annoying.

Works well, confusing menu.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] The microwave does its job well. It always heats everything evenly, and the correct heat timing is always easy to estimate as a result. My only issue is that the menu is quite confusing. At one point we got stuck in "demo mode" and thought that it was broken,.

Died after 2 months

your microwave has no power, you can try the following troubleshooting steps, First, we need to turn the circuit breaker to the microwave off and back on. After that we need to check that the microwave's power cord is plugged in to the outlet securely and hasn't come loose. Third, we need to test the outlet with another small appliance such as a hair dryer or alarm clock. Lastly check the door switch, ceramic fuse, cut out or thermal fuse defects, and door latch assembly. If issue still persists after doing these troubleshooting steps.
