[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] The good news is that this microwave works great at warming food and has plenty of space. While bigger than our last one, it was still within the same measurements to be a good replacement. The vent unit seems to be strong based upon its sound yet doesn't seem to pull a lot of steam. I don't know if this is our duct work or the microwave...I've read mixed reviews. Thanks

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Microwave turns off during cook time. Waited on phone for 45 minutes for representatives. Made appointment for service in 4 days. Had to order parts. Serviceman very professional and courteous. Restored my confidence in purchasing another Frigidaire product.
