Bigger than it Looks

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] When I first saw that microwave above the range, it looked small. After moving in, it's far bigger than it looks from the outside. Does a great job heating up food & cooking. Nice & even. I did have to read the instructions to set the time, but after that, smooth sailing.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Your base Over-The-Range Microwave. Nothing fancy which can be a good thing. It does everything I need. Setting the clock is not intuitive. Other than that everything else is intuitive. So why not 5 stars? This is a base model, it would need more options to get to a 5 star.

Seems defected
