Hard to use

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] It's very loud. It's hard to open. It's hard to set the time. Unlike other microwaves, you have to press "time cook" before the "add 30 seconds". The popcorn button (even when changing the settings to proper ounces size) doesn't cook all the popcorn or just burns it entirely. In fact the only thing I really like about this microwave is the light.
