Feels its from decades ago

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Definitely a good microwave wrt to performance, but the control panel and operating the microwave feel like it's from a decade or more ago. For example, a simple change of time took about 10 minutes of fiddling around even after I read the manual. or I have not yet figured out how to stop the turn table. The cover for the fuse already broke with just 3 weeks of use.

Unfortunately, your model doesn't have the option to turn the turntable on/off. We have confirmed you should be able to set the clock by pressing the clock pad once, then entering the time using the number pads, and then touching start.
We would be happy to see if we have options to assist regarding the broken cover and have sent you an email to gather more details. Please respond at your earliest convenience. -Bianca

An OK Microwave

Overall, this microwave functions as intended. I would give this specific model 5 stars if the buttons were more responsive. Most often, the operation buttons tend to need to be pressed in a particular manner in order to function.
