We just moved in our newly built home about a month ago. and we have this model microwave. It is a cheaper model but so for have not need a service call yet, like i have for the stove and dishwasher. All cheap models.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Just moved into our new home and this was a part of the appliance package. I was disappointed to find out there is no option to stop the turntable from rotating... a good feature for larger dishes. Overall it seems to work well. The under unit light is too dim and is either on or off, not high, low, off. Minimal "one touch" start -- other microwaves I've had went up to 4 minutes with one touch. Setting the power level is a pain, have to keep hitting the button to decrease power setting instead of just touching "power" and a number button for the percentage.
