[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Bought the laptop, it arrived and the warranty shows only 11 months. Not very happy with that. The laptop functions well, though battery life is only about 3 hours when using the internet for classes.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Took over a month to get an off the self laptop! Once I recieved the laptop issues with system shutting off randomly. Reinstalled windows 2 times and several diagnostic tests with Tech support. No resolution Sent back for a replacement of the system. So now we wait for another laptop which is looking at another 2 weeks before I get the replacement. HP seriously needs to get it together I can get an empty return box in 2 days but it takes 2 weeks to send an off the self laptop???
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.
