[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I'm normally a huge hp fan, but this computer just didn't seam to live up to the HP name. The mouse leaves something to be desired...the click buttons work some of the time only
This is a nice computer. It has a great screen with 360/tablet capabilities and the battery stays charged for hours. As a prior HP Spectre Folio user I personally don’t care for: the brushed silver finish or the size. The mouse pad has a gritty (un-smooth) feeling and it’s also unevenly placed/lopsided on the laptop. FYI, This laptop has fingerprint rather than facial recognition.
I have been using it for a week now an can say that I truly enjoy this purchase and you can’t bet the price and great detail that comes either device, it’s fast reliable and the touch screen is just a plus and I truly enjoy this product.
This unit is light with a lot of power. The battery life is good. It's has a modern look and feel and the power cord is very long. The graphics and screen are crisp with good color. It's hard to beat this unit for the price. It's my third one in a row. I recommend HP.
I needed a computer for a really long time especially when covid hit and my computer was in use for what felt like 24/7. I built and purchased this computer based on the recommendations of an IT specialist. It works well out of the box and I couldn't be happier with the power and speed. The computer feels sturdy and hefty, but not heavy. I do not feel like it will snap with a little pressure.
My issues..
..there are not enough USB ports. This is SUCH a high powered computer, but there are only like 2 USB ports. It makes attaching a phone and an external keyboard the only things you can do with this machine....very frustrating. The keyboard is a bit cramped. I previously had an HP pavilion and the keys were awesome these are meh. In addition, the backlighting goes out unless you are physically touching the keys. Also frustrating.
