The resolution is sharp and I love that it is easy on the eyes since I spend a lot of time on it. Having the numbers pad to the right of the keyboard is very helpful since I am a teacher and entering grades requires numbers use. The only minor concerns I have are: the delete key is right next to the power key and I'm afraid I will accidentally turn it off and the light color of the keys themselves make finding a rarely used or unfamiliar key challenging.
Love this pc with touch enabled screen. Getting used to Microsoft Edge browser. The screen is brilliant and pics show up perfectly clear. Super fast with the Intel Core I-7 10th generation processor. Just a great laptop.
I received this expensive laptop about 3 weeks ago. I am unable to move my files, settings and data from my wonderful W7 HP Pavilion to the new w10 Envy machine. I loaded everything from the Pavilion onto a 2 TB ext hard drive w/o a problem. The Envy won't accept the data and Restore Personal Files from File History. Very frustrating.
