I need to participate in Zoom meetings and this camera doesn't give me a clear picture. Why can my phone give me clearer picture than my laptop? I am disappointed that there are no USA warehouses that can ship this items more quickly. It took three weeks from placing the order to accepting the unit. Once I got the unit and reinstalled my apps, it performs great.

I ordered this over a month ago. The wait was mostly worth it. Unfortunately HP does not offer 2 features from my older laptops on this. That is the cost of going thinner. No DVD drive and no RJ45 network port. The solid state hard drive does make up for it. The speed of this machine is very appreciated!!

It is a nice computer and I have had no problems so far. It starts up quickly with the SS Drive. However I do have a couple of minor complaints. I do not like that the power switch is located inside the keyboard. It is hard to find and can be easily hit unintentionally. Also the power cord has a 3-prong plug which is inconvenient because most hotels do not have 3-prong outlets available. This plug is completely unnecessary because the power supply is electrically isolated and has no exposed metal parts.

Overall, only one issue. It overheats. I had to buy a cooling pad because just sitting the fans were running so loud it reminded me of a 747 on takeoff.

I bought the HP lap top for two reasons. It had the features that I wanted that was at the price I wanted to pay. I looked at Dell but they couldn't match it. So far everything has worked fine with all files and software loaded without issue. I should probably give this 5 stars but since I've only had it a few weeks and don't know what the future holds I started with four stars. That said I've had an HP desk top for about eight years now and it's still going strong so I hope the new lap top goes just as well.
