I have owned several HP laptops over the last few decades. I just replaced my 6-year old 17" laptop with a brand new Envy 17". I am experiencing wireless adapter connectivity issues and am actually on my old dinosaur at the moment because my brand new, expensive shiny HP laptop won't connect to my wifi. Thought I would have a great experience out of the box, but am now looking at potentially hours on the phone with technical support or even possibly having to send it in for repair. Extremely disappointing.

I find the computer very functional although it has far too many features that I do not need. That makes it a bit more difficult to use but a computer expert friend is helping me pare down the unnecessary components. So overall, I like the computer.
