[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I am quite impressed with my Terrace 75" TV. The color is quite bright and perfect for outdoor use. The model I have is for partial sunlight and does well when not in full sunlight. It has a great picture! One thing that is challenging is the Samsung interface and the SmartThings app. It is very clunky and takes some time to respond, if it does respond. I received this product at a discount in exchange for my honest opinion.

We appreciate your feedback regarding the issues you are experiencing with response time, as well as your SmartThings app. If your TV status is stuck in a particular state or does not respond to an action in your SmartThings app, you might want to try the following steps:
- Refresh the device using the SmartThings app. From the Devices tab, swipe down to refresh the device list. - Delete and re-add the device on the SmartThings app.
You may also want to optimize the Smart TV performance and address your issue with response time with the self-diagnostic tool. This service checks memory and frees up unused cached memory and closes background apps. Go to Settings > Support > Device Care > Start Device Care
Please also be sure you are running the latest firmware. You can check to see what software version your TV is using and if there is an available update through the settings on your TV. Go to: Settings > Support > Software Update.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I love this TV set even though I do not have one right now. One of my friend has this TV and I just can't stop messing with it. For somebody that live on their cell phone this is the best companion to have. I watch a lot of movies on my phone through various app. And this work very well with them. I am planning on getting one of those this December. Just imagine everything you do on your phone oh, and being able to share it with people that come around very easily. I could share photos with everybody from vacation time. If you are saving information for work on your phone and make it very easy for you to show it to other people. Oh and for those who love playing games, your phone become there controller and you could plead directly on the TV. There are some apps that you cannot download to your TV but you could have it on your phone, having this TV you could use those apps on the regular TV screen. The fact that the scream will rotate he's one of the best feature in there. If you are just watching something on YouTube for example and then you switch to Tik Tok this cream will adjust itself to match what's on your screen best feature ever. And you do not take a lot of room.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] When I first received the information on this TV I was a bit skeptical about it’s performance. I did additional research on the TV and was happy with the 4K & QLED specifications as well as its ability to handle bright Sunlight, which is general constant for us 9 months out of the year. I was somewhat familiar with the Samsung HDTVs as my Daughter purchased one last year, and has been happy with it as will. My Wife loves the Built-in APPS and TV Stations that comes with it. The Waterproof Remote is easy to figure out and use. I was a little bit concerned with it’s condition, as the box it was in was damaged in transit, but it seems to fair well traveling halfway across the US. However, II was not happy with the fact that Samsung didn’t ship the Wall-Mount unit, so I had to buy one even after asking why it wasn’t included without any responses, which makes me wonder about their support. Thus, I decided to place mine inside my Living Room were we get constant sunlight. The setup was easy and went with out a hitch, I am glad I also got the Sound Bar, as the built-in speakers are dual and monolithic. I can't believe how good the picture is and how easy it is to control with either the remote or the APP on my phone. All of the menus are very intuitive and easy to use. I received this product at a discounted price in exchange for my honest feedback!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Wife convinced me to pull the trigger on the 75” Samsung Terrace TV for our new outdoor patio and frankly I couldn’t be happier with this choice. The television has an immaculate image and refresh rate that it’s become the jewel of the backyard. I was a bit nervous on placing the television outdoors but after opening the box I realized the rear panel has a weatherproof cover that protects the connections. We paired the Television with the sound bar and they both look elegant with the flush mount purchased from the Samsung website. The season for football is upon us and our neighbors love coming over to watch the game outdoors while we enjoy the fall weather. Overall this television was a great choice and we would recommend it to our friends and family. I received this item at a discounted price in exchange for my honest opinion.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] What a great TV for my office that can really blend in with the decor of photos, awards, and books. Love the surprising features when the TV automatically dims on art mode (when I open the shutters) and increases its volume while watching TV when external noise is detected (shredding machine, etc.). Really appreciate all the extra apps (Samsung TV, Samsung health, etc.), features (art mode), as this TV really helps me work productively in an home office-like environment. I've had other Samsungs and the integration of the apps and movies is effortless especially for my young child and older relative who like to use my office as well.
