Perfection!

I recently redesigned my living/room dining room area, which is an open concept space, and wanted a larger TV but did not want it to be "the presence" in the room. I decided on a 55 inch The Frame, and I don't regret a single penny spent on this TV. It is gorgeous, and I love the selection of artwork available to customize the design to my interior design. Ironically, while it blends in beautifully into my space, it has become "the presence" in the room because my friends and family really love the TV's art and design. Go figure!

Great TV / Picture Frame

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Mounted above my fireplace it looks like a picture, not a black rectangle that you normally have when your TV is off. When used as a TV, the picture is great. I did pair it with a Q900A soundbar which greatly improved the sound quality.

Hide the TV and bring life into the room

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] When decorating a room both me and my wife like to bring a room to life, but not at the expense of space and clutter. This tv fill ups out living room space nicely between windows flanked by 4-5’ cacti on each side and frames adorning a top and the sides. When in art mode it really does look like an art gallery display and we love it! We found the picture quality to be above average with decent viewing angles and good enough sound to do away with the sound bar as to not break the illusion of no TV we were going for.

I love this TV but remote won’t connect

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] We use the frame TV in my sons room. It is a great addition to his log cabin bed, although I’ve never been able to get the remote to sync. I received a new remote after contacting customer support and it still won’t connect. I use the app so I can still use the the tv but I would of liked for the remote to work.

Thank you for your review of the Samsung Frame TV. I'm sorry to hear you are experiencing difficulties uploading photos from the SmartThings app. Please try these steps:
1) Open the SmartThings App 2) Open that Frame TV icon from the SmartThings App, select “ADD YOUR PHOTOS + (r)“. 3) From your mobile device select (s) the pictures you want to add to the frame by checking the small box in the top left corner of the images. 4) Once the upload is done, images will be seen in the Frame TV under “MY PHOTOS.”
