EXACTLY WHAT I WANTED

I initially let the salesperson convict me to go with the LG Gallery because of the picture but I was so disappointed with the interface and the gallery options (Can't easily load your own pictures and have as a screen saver). The One Connect is an amazing addition and makes it so easy to display the frame without wires and the blue seamlessly connects to our surround sound. 5/5

Art or TV…you choose!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] The art feature is great! It really looks beautiful and adjusts to the light of the room. I am still learning about the pieces but it offers some for free and then you need a monthly subscription to access others. I want to learn more about this feature and if you can use jpegs from elsewhere. The TV is thin and has a rack that places it directly on the wall. This is ideal! My only drawback so far is the frame was not cheap and it only looks so-so. It would be better for that price to get one from the art gallery I get my frames done at. Overall it has a lot of bells and whistles and will be fun to explore all of the options!

Software Sucks

the tv looks great, i had no problems installing it and it sits flush to the wall and really does look like a picture frame.
the problem i have is the apps you download to stream like pbs and att now, just dont work very well and are really frustrating!
i would suggest buying 3rd party hardware to stream through like apple tv …. samsung software sucks, its glitchy and frustrating to use. even the samsung tv apps are horrible to use and are not intuative at all.
i doubt samsung will address the issue, so if your budgeting for a tv and this is your desired tv you should budget another $200 for 3rd party hardware to make watching tv enjoyable and not frustrating.

Thank you for choosing The Frame QLED TV and taking the time to share your experience with your TV's response time and app functionality. These issues may be related to your network connection and quality. We suggest you try the following:
1. Use 5G Wi-Fi if possible 2. Try wired LAN if available 3. Try repositioning the router so there are no obstacles between your TV and the router
Please also be sure you are running the latest firmware. You can check to see what software version your TV is using and if there is an available update through the settings on your TV. Go to: Settings > Support > Software Update.
You may want to enable automatic updates for conveniences. Go to Settings > Support > Software Update, then select Auto Update.
Additionally, to optimize the smart TV performance, please try Device Care option under the Support Menu. Go to Settings > Support> Device Care > Start Device Care.
This improves your apps performance as it frees up unused cached memory and closes background apps.
If the issue persists, please also try cold booting your TV by holding down the power button on your remote for 5+ sec until the TV turns off and on again, deleting and downloading the apps again, and completing full reset of Smart Hub to correct the issue.

They look really smart in our home especially with the matching bezels installed. The software, the picture quality and all of the Samsung content just solidifies my inclination to purchase a forth tv! Great job on this product!!!
