Really beautiful bit of adjustment!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] The install was simple! The look clean and elegant, I love changing the picture and using the frame feature. It seems like the new model no longer has temperature control only brightness and the controls are overall an adjustment.
Speakers seem good, as does the auto sensing picture. I have this in my basement and there is little natural light so not sure how well the remote will do or if the picture adjustment is as great as it would be for a room with lots of light and windows.
Overall very happy and feel like this tv offers so much for the price! Also so smart, I don’t know many others doing the solar cell tech or the motion sensor. Love that they are embracing tech!

This product has great design features

Solved my upgrade problem

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] The 55 inch Samsung Frame, replaced an older 50 inch plasma TV, that was mounted above my fireplace in a recessed space. Pulling multiple cables and power cords would have been very difficult. The single fiber optic cable with power supply was relatively easy to pull through the wall. I opted to use a standard mobile mounting system, rather that the supplied hanging bracket as this unit would not have to look like a hung picture. Set up was relatively easy. Only significant issue was the TV sound cutting off frequently. This seems to be a Samsung software glitch that needs to be solved and has been experienced by many users. Since I used a optical sound cable from the Frame receiver to my Home theater receiver, this is no longer an issue. Picture quality is an amazing step up from my old 720p Plasma TV!! Picture library (subscription) is very robust and a very nice feature when not watching TV.

65” Terrace exceeds expectations

It has the smart TV features our family wants to enjoy sports, tv and movies outdoors. The picture is vividly bright and crisp. This is a break through in outdoor TV far exceeding everything everything else on the market

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] The product has a usable interface and is visually pleasant. The remote is somewhat frustrating to work with sometimes. The usability of the remote is less friendly than I would like. I would appreciate the tv having more memory over where I last left the channels because it sometimes doesn’t remember.

To assist you in learning the various functions and settings of your new Solar Cell remote, you can download the Solar Cell Remote Guide directly from Samsung’s website by clicking “Support” in the top right corner. Then go to “Manuals & Software” > “TVs & Home Theater” > “TVs”. From there, you can select The Frame TV under "Lifestyle TVs” > “A Model Lineup" and download the guides you would like. The e-Manual is also embedded into the TV itself under Settings > Support > Open e-Manual.
