Beautiful TV but wall mount is frustrating

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Overall I'm very happy with my 55" Samsung Frame TV which I bought for my living room. It's a smaller room, so it's nice that I have the option of displaying art on the TV when it's not in use since it takes up so much of the wall it's hung on. Speaking of the wall mount, I'm guessing that the 2 wall brackets were added to make for much easier leveling after the TV is hung (which I appreciate). However, I found that getting the spacing correct AND making sure both brackets could be mounted onto a stud to be completely impossible, even with all the holes provided in the bracket. I wish the designers had taken into account typical stud distances when they designed the new wall mount bracket, but luckily I was able to hang it without any problem.

Amazing TV

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] The hype is real. The TV is a beautiful center piece for any home. And the picture is top of the line. The color is amazing and depending on the Art you choose it really can pass a picture frame in any room. The only thing that I had an issue with was the mounting of the TV. The brackets come in two separate pieces instead of one piece, this makes leveling the product very difficult( it’s hard to get a level to sit on a paper template that you have to tape yourself). The template also is just for the mounts them selves you have to manually work out how the TV will look using painters tape and measuring from the mounts. All of this adds a considerable amount of time to mounting. In future versions of this TV I’d like to see a one piece bracket and and full size template that shows you the TV as part of the template (even if it was all the sizes and you had to cut out your size) this would help a great deal

Great TV

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I use it to watch TV and play video games. The only thing is dislike is that it takes a bit of navigating to find the apps. Only a few seconds really, but it would be great to have those front and center when I turn the TV on.

Please know that you can customize the Smart Hub by removing apps from or adding apps to the home screen. You can also rearrange apps to your liking. On the Home Screen, you can also easily run the apps you have used previously or frequently.
You can also lock & unlock apps, reinstall, and have them automatically update. To use this feature, your TV must be connected to the internet. Go to the Samsung Account and create a new account our sign in.

Beautiful and our friends are jealous

Installation wasn't too bad and if you own a drill you can route your one cable through the wall to have zero cables. I wish the bezels weren't so expensive but there are DIY options as well.
