Why aren't all TVs like this?

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Had Multiple Samsung TVs in the past, most recently a QLED. Samsung TVs have always had great, bright colors & picture quality, excellent "smart" features, and are usually a good value. The Frame is no exception, but the design is unmatched. Freeing up the space a TV stand takes up + displaying artwork or pictures rather than a blank, black screen completely changes the feel of a room.
The main way the TV is streamlined is a small-ish (think DVD player) console that houses all the ports, power cable, & fiber optic wire that connects the box to the TV and will easily blend into most rooms, but you will need a place for it. I ran it through the wall, & it couldn't have been easier. This hub setup makes it easier than normal to attach multiple devices. Also can't say enough about the improvements to the "smart" features - intuitive, responsive, & setup is maybe the easiest/best out of box experience I have ever used.
I bit the bullet & paid for the art - it's a subscription which is a little annoying, but also worthwhile for the added convenience of having access to beautiful artwork. Note: you can upload your own images to the TV - while it's a little complicated, the smartthings app helps.
Only small complaint is that this TV doesn't have the RF remote that my previous QLED TV had, making the remote a bit more directional than we are accustomed to, but not a big deal.
Great design, included wall mount, "always on" screen with great artwork and images... simply unmatched.

Nothing Compares to the "SAMSUNG" Experience

From TVs, phones, tablets & more, NONE Compare to the versitale Quality, durability, performance & free products that Samsung offers. I WILL NEVER OWN ANY OTHER BRAND EXCEPT FOR Samsung. I Passed Up the discounted deals because I know waiting on a Samsung Brand is ALWAYS WORTH THE WAIT!! 5 STARS!!

Art Mode does not work as expected

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Bought 2021 The Frame to be able to display art during the day on The Frame. It doesn't work as expected. TV turns off (sleeps) and then never turns on (awakes). I've tried everything I can think of and recommended (not the only one with the problem). Motion detection on and night mode off, it will turn on and off but if left too long will not turn on again with motion. Auto off is turned off. Night mode will keep the TV turned off (sleep) at night with no light in the room and motion detection will not turn it back on (as it should), but then the next morning the TV will not turn on (awaken) unless the light in the room is very bright. On a cloudy day the TV doesn't turn on. I have Windows facing both East and West with no coverings and the TV doesn't wake without hitting the ON button. I can find no way to adjust the sensitivity of the light sensor. Also have connected to a Samsung soundbar with HDMI connection and TV set to use the connected soundbar. Sometimes the TV forgets and goes back to TV speakers. For these reasons I'm giving it an average score. If these issues were fixed, then the score would be much higher.

Thank you for sharing your experience with using Art Mode. In Night Mode, your TV responds to light. If you haven’t already, please try enabling Sleep After Mode so your TV responds to Motion. There are several settings which will affect your TV turning on automatically in Art Mode.

Setting Sleep After: When no motion is detected for the time specified in Art mode, the TV turns off automatically. Setting Motion Detector Sensitivity: Set the sensor sensitivity so that the TV turns on automatically when motion is detected in Art mode. The sensitivity of the motion detector function can be adjusted. Use the directional buttons on the remote control to move to the bottom items.
Setting Night Mode: Set TV to turn off automatically if no light is detected in the room.

The product is quite a decor overall

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I do like the frame concept for this TV. I bought the 2021 version because of the reduced thickness. I like it to serve as a TV and an artwork on the wall as I can get different pictures or artworks online. However, I did not realize that there is extra charges to download these artworks. I cannot say it is a complain but it would be better if the service can be included or at least give us enough access for free, not just a handful pictures to try out. In addition, the extra charge service should be disclosed before I buy or it listed somewhere but I missed it? Overall, the TV is good as expected. Slim, stylish and minimized which are what I need and expect. However, I realized recently that it does not work well with airplay when I mirror my iPhone to the TV. It stucks and I have to re-connect my airplay again. It happens several times but I do not know why.
