Outdoor Pool TV

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] This Samsung was installed recently on our backyard Patio by the Pool. The second floor Carolina Porch provides shade mid-morning through the rest of the day but it still gets direct Sun for about 2 hours in the morning. The picture is easy to watch during all hours. The built-in sound is just right. No need for a sound bar for our application. It’s great for all seasons in the Carolinas.

This Sero tv is a perfect tv

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I use my Sero tv when i can to catch up with tv shows and movies. I like the samsung tv plus free channel as well because it has some live tv content with news as well. I mostly play spotify on portrait mode and i like the fact that it can display high-quality picture in that orientation. Also, the ambient mode feature is a great idea on this tv as well. I connect my ps4 pro to my tv and the visuals are stunning and game mode makes it even more perfect as you can see games in details. This Sero tv is the best tv i have had because it come with 4k resolution and powerful sound system so sound bar is not necessary at all. When i watch live soccer games, i am impressed with the visual quality and with few adjustment on the tv menu thank to tizen os, there are some feature that would make picture and HDR content look much better without having to manually change it all the time. This is a great purchase and if they make another type if this tv, i will definitely think about purchasing it one more time.

Exactly what the Dr. ordered

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Bought this TV for my back patio. I did not want to go with a cheaper TV and have problems with taking down during bad/cold weather. The other worry going with a lesser TV was the longevity of the product. I did not want to send a TV to the garbage/recycling facility every two years. The picture is fantastic and no issues with streaming Looking forward to many years of watching games with family and friends while hanging by the fire pit. .

Horrible failed tv

Beware. This tv is terrible. 6 weeks after the one year warranty and half the screen is shadowy and green and Samsung will not do anything about it because the warranty expired 42 days ago. A super expensive tv that is now junk after a year. It is obviously a faulty product since I have never had a tv fail this quickly and notice a ton of other reviews with the same problem. I am so disappointed in Samsung for not addressing this and will never buy a Samsung again

Great looking TV.

I bought this two months ago and I’m not happy with it. With minimal sunlight the picture goes dark.

Unit DOA - HUGE black vertical BAND

Unfortunately, even if a TV is double-boxed and the packaging shows no evidence of harm, a TV can still be damaged during transit if proper care is not taken. For example, if the TV were sitting in an incorrect orientation -- laid on its side or tilted -- during transit, damage could have been done.
