Best TV that is a smart TV hands down

Love it!!! Picture perfect!

We play a lot of Switch games and recently we purchased Mario Golf and WOW!!! The experience is amazing.! The clarity is mind blowing and paired with our Samsung Soundbar, our gaming experience is beyond expectations! We love Samsung in this household. From our washer and dryer, to my cell phone! I'm a Samsung fanatic!!!!

Remote issues

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] The TV is great, offers a bunch of free channels and has a very sleek design. My only complaint is that I own a Samsung smart monitor and it shares the same remote as the Serif. Turning on my TV with the remote turns on my monitor as well and there’s no way to fix that. That’s why I had to buy an Alexa device to voice control the TV to turn on.

I am sorry that you are experiencing issues with your Smart Remote turning on multiple TVs in your house. The on/off function of your remote is done via IR (infrared) therefore it cannot be paired to a specific TV. You will need to be in close range of your target TV so the light does not reach other TVs in your home.

Motion/Light Detector Broken On Arrival

The TV picture looks great. The art mode function looks great when it works (although I wish there was more customizable options for matting and framing your own pictures/art). The app to upload your own art is very clunky and freezes up. The remote for the TV is weird and non-intuitive. Agree with some other posters that the mounting bracket could be easier, but it's not too bad to install.
The main reason for my 1 star review is that the motion/light detector on the TV that is supposed to activate art mode when you walk into the room, was broken on arrival. This is one of the MAIN reasons why anybody would buy this TV.
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

Thank you for choosing The Frame TV and for sharing your experience with the motion sensor. Please ensure the motion sensor (located at the bottom of the TV) is not blocked, as this can prevent the sensor from working properly.
Some additional things to consider when using Motion Sensor:
1) If the surrounding area is too dark or bright, the motion sensor may not work normally. 2) The performance of the motion sensor may be affected by the installation environment (height, tilt, obstacles). 3) If the clothes you wear or your skin color is similar to the surrounding shading, the motion sensor may not work properly. 4) The TV responds to all visual changes around it (lights, displays, dogs, out-of-window changes, and other occurrences). 5) You can adjust the response level by adjusting the sensitivity of the motion detector. Go to: Home > Art > Settings > Motion Detector
