Amazing gift!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] We got this as a gift for our friends and their 3 girls! Beautiful sound and image quality. We've always stuck to purchasing Samsung Tv's and phones. They just always work so well! They needed an upgrade to 4K and Smart TV life. Best choice ever.

the portrait mode doesn't have a stretch mode to fit the screen well, i thought i could play my vertical games this way but it just shrinks them down.
I would recommend this to a friend!

Thank you for sharing your experience with using your Sero TV in portrait mode. To see your content correctly in Portrait Mode, please try the following steps:

1) In the SmartThings app on your phone, select The Sero > TVControl
2) Press the Home button on your TVs Smart Remote and select the Portrait Mode button
3) Press and hold the  button in Portrait Mode
4) To exit from the content screen only for Portrait Mode, press the Home button on your TV remote

When some apps are launched in Portrait Mode, their mode can be switched to Landscape depending on the app's policy.

Great concept, deeply flawed execution

love the concept for the frame tv, and when it works, the art mode is incredible. it works maybe 50% of the time. the software is garbage unfortunately, samsung clearly hasn’t invested in that aspect of it. both my tv and the smart things app are updated, but the interface is really buggy, so hard to tell if it’s the tv’s os or the app. i’ll try calling customer support, but i’ve read other users’ questions and this is typical so likely not fixable. it’s a shame.
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

This service checks memory and frees up unused cached memory and closes background apps.
