This product has made my life easier

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Before this tv, I had an Scientology’s old one that happened to break. But since this tv is a smart tv it was something completely useful that has enhanced my life. I can basically use my cell phone like a remote. 10/10 would recommend

Product is only for Samsung phone users

a. if you have an iphone. screen mirroring does not work in portrait mode.
b. several in-tv apps like youtube do not work in portrait mode.
c. you cannot get full picture in landscape mode when watching movies etc...
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

In addition, we recommend enabling automatic updates to ensure your TV features and functions are always optimized. To enable automatic updates, select Settings > Support > Software Update > Auto Update.

To see full picture in landscape mode, you can go to Settings > Picture > Picture Size Settings > Fit To Screen

Thank you for choosing The Serif TV and for sharing your thoughts. The response time issue you are describing may be related to your network connection and quality.

We suggest you try the following:
1. Use 5G Wi-Fi if possible
2. Try wired LAN if available
3. Try repositioning the router so there are no obstacles between your TV and the router

Your TV has several self-diagnosis tools built in that can help solve problems with signal, network, picture, or sound.
Go to Settings > Support> Device Care > Start Device Care

You may also want to clear out your TV's temporary storage space by pressing and holding the Power button for 6 seconds until your TV turns off and back on again.

We also recommend you check that your TV is running the latest firmware.

Using your TV's remote, navigate to Settings, and select Support. Select Software Update, and then select Update Now. New updates will be downloaded and installed on your TV. Updates usually take a few minutes; please do not turn off the TV until the update is complete. When the update is finished, the TV will restart automatically. If there aren't any new updates, select OK to exit.

When you use Auto Game Mode, your screen will automatically optimize your screen giving you a smoother gaming experience without motion blur and judder.

You may want to set the optimal resolution based on the brightness for HDR game content by going to: Settings > General > External Device Manager > HGiG

By going to: Settings > General > External Device Manager > Game Mode Settings, you can adjust Surround Sound, Dynamic Black Equalizer, and Game Motion Plus Settings.
