Minimal Perfectionism

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] This TV has been my dream TV and I debated for a long time if I wanted the Serif or Frame TV for my new house. I went with the Serif and I'm not disappointed by any means. The packaging was simplistic and installation was super easy. Everyone compliments my TV and I love the quality in terms of both esthetic and display.

Terrible Product: Won't Turn On

I bought this TV new from this website. It only turned on once and not again. When I tried to ask Samsung to repair it, they would neither replace nor repair the product. No quality assurance.
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

Thank you for purchasing The Frame TV. We appreciate your feedback regarding the issues you are experiencing with turning your TV on. Please try a few troubleshooting steps that may help solve the issue:
1. Make sure that the AC power cord is securely plugged in to the TV and the wall outlet.
2. If your TV does not turn on, check whether the remote control sensor is on. By holding a reflective object like mirror under the TV, you can easily find the remote control sensor. 3. If the remote control sensor is not turned on, unplug the power cable and plug it back in. 4. Disconnect and reconnect the One Invisible Connection or One Connect Cable between the TV and the One Connect Box. Make sure that the One Invisible Connection or One Connect Cable is not pinched or bent sharply.
5. Check the remote control sensor again. If the LED is turned on, press the power button on your remote control to turn on your TV. - If the remote control sensor turns off when you press the power button, your TV is correctly connected to the power supply. - If the TV screen is still blank, softly tap it with your finger. If the part of the screen you tapped on blinks, your TV is correctly connected to the power supply.
On the remote, press the Home button. If the Home Screen appears, the TV is turned on but the connected external device does not work or is not connected correctly. Please check the following: - Check the connection of the HDMI cable to your TV or One Connect Box. - Make sure that the external device is turned on. - If it does not turn on, make sure the power cable is properly connected to the device and to the wall outlet. - Make sure that the correct source is selected on the Home Screen.
If the same problem continues, please contact our Samsung Customer Support at 1-800-SAMSUNG (ask for TVs), available 8AM - 12AM EST, 7 days a week.

Great true outdoor TV

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] After attempting to use a normal TV outdoors and that TV quickly Failing, I found that Samsung had entered the outdoor TV market. This is hands down the best outdoor TV option available at the moment. It’s fully encapsulated so no need to worry about the elements. After a year and a half on my uncovered patio it has held up perfectly. I get comments on how clear the picture is. No glare even when the sun is fully out. I highly recommend the Terrence sound bar. Excellent sound quality, combined with the TV you will have an amazing entertainment zone outside. Only complaint is the remotes. For an outdoor TV the remote does not Have any type of outdoor rating. I’ve been through 2 already and they were never left out in the rain. Even just dew or moisture that accumulates from sitting outside for the day has ruined them. Nothing is perfect and aside from the remote this TV is close.

Great poolside TV to watch baseball games

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Wonderful television to add to your backyard. Day or night. Perfect for watching a baseball game from pool or hot tub. Everyone who sees our TV now asks where they can get one.
The audio is sent to our landscape speakers with no delay and the audio can played on all speakers in our house. I would also recommend a sound bar when you do not want to use the landscape speakers.
Great product to finish off a pool area. Another reason you won't want to leave your house.

we are so happy with the terrace, we enjoy sitting in our patio and watching our favorite sporting events. all of our friends are blown away by the quality of the picture and the brightness of the screen. if you are looking for a great outdoor experience dont forget to add the 200 watt terrace sound bar it’s a must have to complete the outdoor lifestyle.
