[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I put this humidifier in my 33 ft. long camper. Before the humidifier there was condensation on the inside of the windows and on all the metal parts around the door. This humidifier took care of that problem within a few days and has kept it at a comfortable humidity.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Works very efficiently. I have it in my son's room he has asthma. Reservoir fills up every 12 - 18 hours. A must have in Florida to keep humidity low so that mold and mildew spores don't grow.

Motor Home Usage

Replaced 2 smaller dehumidifiers with this one. What a big difference in humidity level. We have a 31’ A class and the first few days I had to dump water every day. Now I leave it centered in the MH on medium speed. The humidity dropped from 61% to 29%. Very satisfied with the unit. Only issue was the threaded plastic discharge nipple. Threads had to be filed and recut from the mfg’s mold marks so I could seal it. Easier to fix than to return.

Tank won't stay in unit.

Worked great until whatever holds the tank in place broke after about only a dozen uses. There was some kind of latching mechanism that disengaged when you pulled on the sides of the tank to remove it and re-engaged when you put it back as seen in YouTube videos. (BTW, available manuals talk about pressing the sides of the tank "gently" to remove it but this tank is absolutely rigid with no apparent latches on the side.) Didn't notice anything untoward when I took it out this last time but now it doesn't latch in place and be recognized by the unit. Presumably something broke, but what and where?

Upstairs Next To Bedrooms

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I have allergies that get worse when the house is humid so this year I added a dehumidifier on the 2nd level where the bedrooms are. This unit has done a good job of keeping the humidity at an appropriate level and when it runs during the night, just outside my bedroom door, I only notice it when I listen very closely for it.
I was also very please to see that once the humidity is lowered to a certain point it will turn off the fan and everything so that it just sits there quietly. I have a unit in the basement of a different manufacturer that only shuts off when the bucket is full. This unit is much better as the fan only runs as long as it is needed and shuts down soon after the compressor kicks out. Great Job on that.
