Buyer beware

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I went to replace an old Amana dehumidifer and thought the Frigidaire would be the most comparable....sadly, it is not. It must have been a misread, but I wanted a 30pt capacity uit and the one I now own is sadly very small.

Continuous Run

I have new FFAD2233W1 model which is very quiet, works great, and keeps the humidity low. It just seems to run continuously or at least most of the time and I've tried most recommendations in manual. Would really appreciate suggestions as I am concerned regarding safety.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Purchased this model after shopping around online for a 2nd dehumidifier to go in our basement. I had several options to choose from at the price point of this model but I chose to go with Frigidaire based on the reviews I read and also the reputation for good customer service that Frigidaire has. I plugged the unit in and it has been working like a champ for almost a month now. Runs quieter than the other unit I have running. I am now running 2 dehumidifiers full time and I empty the buckets once daily. Would recommend this model for anyone needing to eliminate moisture from the air in a medium space.
