[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Great purchase if you a room, or a few rooms that you need to dry out. Easy to move and a big enough tank for me. Quiet enough to run while you sleep. 10 of 10 would recommend.

Basic unit, great humidity reduction

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I bought this to replace a competitors unit that failed - 3 times. After being fed up with their repair process I decided to try this unit from Frigidaire. It's been a pleasant surprise and has been working for over a month, keeping our basement dry. I collected a bin full overnight, so I added a short length of garden hose and ran it to a floor drain. It's now a "turn it on and forget it" system.

Dehumidifies well

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] The pro: The unit functions pretty much as expected keeping humidity low. The floating red bar makes water level easier to see. The cabinet is decent looking.
The cons: The air noise is a lot higher than it needs to be for such a low CFM product, be prepared. The fan discharge is on the side and intake is on the backside making placement difficult. The controls being on top is convenient for use however it should have some kind of cover as our cats keep making adjustments.
