[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] This has been operating for almost a month, and I have no complaints. The instruction manual was easy to follow, the filter is a little tricky but relatively easy to get out, display is good, hose I bought to go with it works.

Dehumidifier efficiency

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] We purchased our dehumidifier in 2017 as a gift for our in laws. The unit worked great but only lasted about a year and a half. Contacted Frigidaire and was sent an exact replacement unit. This unit lasted about two and a half years and again failed. I again contacted Frigidaire and was sent a newer model unit about two months ago. This unit seems to be working fine at this point, but too new to tell for sure.

Great appliance Directions unclear

Problems with water capacity

Several times when the water was at capacity in the collection drawer, the drawer would open slightly and the water would spill out. It does not shut off automatically when this happens. I have found large puddles on the floor which in turn has caused damage to our floors. I would not recommend this product.

Tank Overflowed Damaging Hard Wood Floor etc.

Works great, except for continuous drain option

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Great features and operations. Only complaint is that I couldn’t find a hose that didn’t leak when attached to the unit for continuous drain. Tried several hoses that didn’t work. All leaked. Glad I tested them before leaving it for days or weeks. Possible design flaw on the male end of the attachment?

Water everywhere

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Followed the instructions right out of the box, 8 hours later there was water all over the floor. I couldn’t find the source of the leak. This unit is also pretty loud, even on low. Will be returning.

For water leaking issues, we recommend for you to check and ensure that all connections are good and tight and not loose. This includes the garden hose (if used), check to make sure the bucket fits tightly into its space and that there are no cracks/damages to the unit itself. Ensure the bucket does not have any cracks or damages and has been installed properly into its space.
