Excellent value

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Our basement is only about 14x20, so we chose the 22p model. It is very humid in the summer and this takes care of things. However, it runs continuously, set to 40% humidity. While it keeps up, I think I probably should have bought the next size up. Still, it works great and does the job, and at this price point, it is a terrific value.

Does a great job!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] It does a great job of taking the excess humidity out of my apartment. Even though I have air conditioning, it still manages to take 22 pints of water out of the air each day, making my apartment much more comfortable. It's especially easy to use if you put the unit on a little footstool so that you don't have to bend all the way down to empty it.

Good at dehumidifying, but needs improvement

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Works good at dehumidifying, but the water collection bucket needs improvement. I recycle the water into gallon jugs for use in my garden, but there is no easy way to pour the water collection bucket into a jug with a funnel without spilling it all over the floor.

I can finally enjoy my basement.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] We had such a problem with our finished basement. It’s fine in the cold months, when the heat is on, but not any other time of year. We put time and money into our basement, but could not enjoy it. We thought we would try your dehumidifier, since it had great reviews and we already own a Frigidaire refrigerator that we love. You can tell it is made well and it also looks nice in our home. It runs quietly and is easy to set up and use. The pricing was very reasonable for the excellent job it does. My allergies have even gotten better since we’ve been using our dehumidifier, too.
