Great Humidifier!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I bought this 22-pint humidifier about a month ago and have been very happy with it so far. I only needed it for my basement bedroom so I didn't need anything super large and I found this one to be the best smaller option. It's really quiet as well so it is never too disturbing as I do my work or sleep. I would definitely recommend it.

Good dehumidifier

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] This is my first time buying a dehumidifier. We're using it in our 400 sq ft basement. After researching many of them, I ended up picking this one mainly due to the excellent consumer reports rating. I did see some people complained about leakage from the drain cap. I am using the continuous drain option and had some leaking with the first drain hose that I purchased. After returning and buying a different hose it now seems to be working well. I do wish it came with a drain hose since I wasn't sure which type would work best. I've only been using it for a few days, but overall it seems to be working well and taking the humidity out of the air. It's not terribly noisy either which is a plus.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] This dehumidifier has really helped to remove the humidity in my home. It took a little while for me to apply the operating instructions. Once I figured it out, it really removes lots of water. I have to empty bucket every two days.

Works well, with some inconveniences

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I have had this dehumidifier in our basement for several weeks. It runs quietly, and it seems to work very efficiently and effectively to remove humidity to the desired setpoint. The reservoir fills too fully, for my taste, before the float shuts the unit off. This makes it awkward to carry the unit to the dumping point without sloshing. The bucket also tilts when carried by the handle only, contributing to the problem. I find the rear access to the air filter less convenient than the front (just above the removed bucket) location that my other dehumidifiers have had. I have not used the continuous drain attachment yet, and, of course, I cannot comment on durability/longevity yet.

Great addition to the house!

We have an older home and it has been able to allow us to run the AC at a warmer temp due to taking some of the humidity out of the air. It is easy to move around, even though you really don't need to, and it is easy to dump the water out.
