Quiet operation but never shuts off

Purchased in June 2022. Takes much longer than my old smaller unit to remove water.
Also runs much longer. I have checked the filter, raised the humidity level and run it on all the speeds making sure it wasn't on continuous mode and it still keeps running. All this while my area is in a severe drought so the humidity should be lower than usual in my basement. Seems wasteful in electricity.

If your dehumidifier is not removing moisture, you want to ensure that all windows and doors are closed. Also, ensuring the unit has proper airflow and that no curtains, blinds, or furniture is blocking the front or back of the dehumidifier can alleviate this issue as well.

Does what it's supposed to do!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] This dehumidifier is not the quietest thing in the world - but since no one hangs around down in the basement where it works, the fairly loud blower motor is not a problem. The 35 pint water reservoir is relatively heavy when full, and you must be careful when removing it to empty, or you will spill water on the floor. The plastic handle on the water reservoir is not well-designed and is obviously cheaply made and you could cut your hand on it when lifting it out of the main unit, if you are not careful. So, it works well, not particularly well designed, and typical of foreign-sourced home appliances, I guess.

Water Collection Bucket

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] In general I'm quite pleased with the performance of the unit, however I find the collection bucket to be difficult to deal with. When full it is quite heavy, and is so full that it tends to slosh when removing it, thus spilling some on the floor.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] So far, I am very happy with my Dehumidifier. We have had some very humid days this summer, and my Frigidaire Dehumidifier has been running non-stop and producing more than 2 gallons of water per day. Glad I purchased it.
