[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I purchased this product about one month ago and it immediately went to work and solve my moisture issues! Would rate it 5 stars but emptying the water bucket is a little kludgy. Full disclosure: after two weeks I purchased a second unit because it worked so well! Much more effective and efficient that my old Whirlpool.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Even with my central A/C running, my basement still felt damp. But now with this dehumidifier running down there, the humidity has dropped to a very comfortable level. The first week, it was filling the holding tank with water within two days. Now, several weeks later, with the air dryer, it takes about 4 days to fill. Works Great!

It has done a wonderful job getting rid of the dampness and “musty” smell in my place. I love the large reserve tank because I am not staying there on s regular basis and know that the maximum amount of dampness is being removed from the air! It is very quiet and easy to use!

I also bought a draining hose since it doesn't come with one, and I don't have to worry about emptying it. I definitely recommend it to anyone who is interested in a dehumidifier, get this one you won't regret it.
