[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] The first unit I ordered did not power on. It appeared that the power button was broken. I returned the unit and another was delivered. The 2nd unit has been running well but will only reduce the humidity to 40% in my 528 square foot basement.

Quiet and performs

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I just moved into a new house and it was obvious we needed a dehumidifier in the basement. So I checked out the reviews and decided on this one. It has been working flawlessly. At first I was afraid it would overflow or not take out the humidity but it has done its job. I no longer worry about running down in the basement to check that it is not leaking. I trust it and the brand implicitly.
