Does the job

I had a Frigidaire for 5 years at my primary residence and still working great. I bought this second one for my lake home basement a month ago, working great so far.

Quiet and effective

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] This unit replaced a 50 pint unit and not only is it much quieter, it draws more moisture out of the air in a fairly large room that is always damp because of its concrete floor. On the low fan setting, it is as loud as a small table top fan. Not loud at all. The tank is easy to remove and empty. I have not used the hose drain feature, but it's the same as the unit it replaced and will accept a standard garden hose or washing machine hose, with nothing to interfere with screwing the hose onto the back drain plug of this wonderful dehumidifier.

Great Purchase!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Compared to our old dehumidifiers these run quietly and efficiently. Our cellar feels less damp and that is a plus. Removal of the water collection container is done from the front of the machine and is super easy to access. I would highly recommend this dehumidifier and would most definitely purchase this in the future.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] If you want humidity removed fast and easy, buy this dehumidifier now! I'm very glad I spent the extra money and bought the larger pint capacity unit, as I was originally going to buy the 22 pint unit. I have this unit in unfinished basement and it works like a champ. Easy to operate and remove the water basin. No issues or complaints here, just perfectly balanced humidity levels.
