So far, so good.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I've been very happy with the performance of my new dehumidifier. It is quiet and does a great job of keeping our basement dry during the summer. The key for me will be if it resumes that same great performance when next summer rolls around. (My last three dehumidifiers did not function when started up for their second seasons.) My fingers are crossed . . .

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I received this as a warranty replacement for my last one. Have not had a chance to run it in summer months yet but this one is energy star rated and I like the overall design. The only thing I dislike is the air discharge is larger and unprotected. the slats are plenty wide for little curious fingers to fit and possibly dropping things into the spinning wheel. there should be a screen inside.

Replacement for faulty unit

This is the second unit I had to have replaced because of original unit failing. What happened to the units lasting 5-10 years? The last two lasted less than three years. Poor quality.

Frigidaire customer service is excellent. Had an issue with one of their previous dehumidifiers and could not get it to run during a food. They were able to ship out this replacement unit is a matter of a couple days free of charge. Helped dry my basement out quick!

Our most useful and efficient appliance

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] We use this appliance to dehumidify our musty basement and dry our clothes. We don't have a clothes dryer so we hang our freshly washed clothes on lines in our basement. Two or three loads of laundry hanging on lines dry overnight with this appliance. Plus we use the water to water our garden. So this one appliance dehumidifies our basement, drys our clothes, and waters our garden!
