So far, so good!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I purchased this dehumidifier in August 2020 after completing a mold remediation project in the basement. So far, it has done an excellent job of removing humidity from the air. At first, I placed it on the floor and water accumulated in the bucket instead of draining through the hose. So, I positioned the dehumidifier on a counter and the problem was resolved. I can't believe what a difference it has made. When I do laundry, I hang several items to dry. It used to take multiple days; now clothes are dry in a few hours. It is noisy but that is not a problem for me.

Average build quality. Good features

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] This unit was sent to me as a replacement for a unit that had quit working. This unit has a better location for attaching external hose. The features are standard. Build quality seems poor as compared to previous unit.

Very effective

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Using this unit eliminated the mold growth on our walls during a very humid fall. Also, in a very short time period, it has removed musty basement smells and unstuck swollen dresser drawers. Simple and easy to use, not excessively noisy.
