Too Soon To Tell

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] This unit is a warranty replacement for a similar sized Fridgidaire dehumidifier that failed after less than two years (summers only) use. It is working OK so far but time will tell. The features are working all right but I haven't tried the timer feature yet, probably won't use that feature except on rare occasions. I've noticed the unit runs longer between cycles than the unit it replaced. It will run 15-20 minutes, then shut off for 3-5 minutes, then repeat this cycle to maintain 50% humidity in my basement. My basement is approximately 1300 square feet. I would assume it is using more electricity than the unit that failed, however, I could be mistaken. It removes moisture from the basement which is the main thing. Hopefully, this unit will perform at least as long as the warranty period.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Very easy to set up and use!! Love the fact that you can attach to a hose if you would like or use it as a standalone unit. Also convenient that you can set the humidity level that you prefer! Working well for our basement!
