very quiet, does a great job

Second Time Around

The first ran night and day on the enclosed balcony, with a hose connecting to a drain, for three humid years in Florida. Elected to buy another when the old beast started complaining. It was money well spent so we decided to stick with a product we knew would work well.

Easy Setup

I rated it 4 stars because at this time the weather has been dry, so the dehumidifier is not being utilized at full capacity. It was very easy to setup and it seems to be doing what I require.

Quiet and efficient

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I have 4 dehumidifiers. I have had 2 other Frigidaire ones for 12+ years ago (25 & 50 pint) and they are still going strong but are kind of noisy. This new one is a step up! It is a lot more quiet and it has 3 fan modes instead of 2, thus providing more flexibility. I have it in a basement room that has about 65% humidity and this unit has no problem extracting humidity and filling up the tank. It will alert you and stop when fill and you can hook up a hose if you don't want to empty the tank. Unlike some other companies' models, you can easily see when the tank is getting full and you can set a timer. I also like how the air blows up from the top instead of from the side. Very happy with this new unit.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I bought this to keep the mold and humidity out of my garage. It is working great so far! The first couple of days I had to empty the bucket each day. Now I use the hose for constant draining, and I couldn’t be happier.

Better then expected
