Easy to use

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] This unit was easy to hook up. I'm using a garden hose to drain off the water, it works as desired. It was simple to set the percentage of humidity wanted and the unit is pulling water from the air and keepingy basement dry.

Quiet, Efficient, Good Value

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I've been using this dehumidifier for about a month. My basement is about 1,300 sq feet and can be extremely humid mid-summer. When I first turned the unit on the humidity level was 70%. The unit is surprisingly quiet about the sound level of a good size fan but most importantly the air that it puts out is cool. My previous dehumidifier gave off a lot of heat and other models I looked at clearly stated they blow hot air. This was very important to me which is why I'm glad I purchased this one. I almost gave it 4-stars since it runs quite a bit to keep the humidity down to 45% but it was my decision to purchase this size. However, if you have a basement the size of mine or larger I would purchase the 50 pint capacity unit.

Warranty replacement!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] This was my warranty replacement, was disappointed as this is not an equivalent to my original purchase, this dehumidifier doesn’t remove humidity from air as quickly as the other, it seems to be working fine so far at least it’s not leaking the warranty is 1 year compared to the 6 year, so disappointed with that because the one I had before leaked within the first 2 years of using which is only used from April to September, and now a replacement with a shorter life expectancy, or I should say warranty, so hoping for at least a few years with this one, it’s a little more difficult to empty, but have figured out a way without spilling.

Quiet and effective

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] It's much quieter than my previous one. I like the flexibility of the settings and being able to see how full the container is at a glance. It didn't take long to dry out my very damp basement. The bin is easy to empty and goes back in smoothly. Just got my electric bill and am pleasantly surprised since I've been running this and fans a LOT lately.
