[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Unit works very efficiently. Pulls about 1.7 gal moisture every 6-8 hours out of the air. Louder than anticipated which is only an issue due to it’s placement in the center of my home rather than a basement or storage area.
Only issue was that the drain port leaked slowly for first 2 weeks with the cap on. Did a number on my hardwood floors. After applying teflon tape to drain port threads it has not leaked since.
