Does it job but could be better

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] It has worked well since I have had it for about a month now. However, it runs pretty loud regardless of the fan speed chosen. The least thing I like about it is that it does not pour well when emptying the tank. I find that I have to always wipe up the edges of the tank after emptying it.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Low confidence in dehumidifiers based on 10 years of experience. They rarely last longer than two seasons before getting an error message. All electronics built by one or two companies in China. That said, this model is quiet and we've had no problems. Only down side is small collection size (35 pints). But it also makes it easier to empty.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] My new unit has worked wonderfully. I am using the hose drain and regularly see water running into the floor drain. My basement doesn't have that damp smell anymore. I'm very pleased.
