Perfect for Basement Office

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] The new 35-Pint Dehumidifier replaced a defective GE unit that was only about 1 year old. I bought this smaller unit specifically for my office so that I didn't need to move my 50-Pint Frigidaire unit from room to room. This 35-Pint unit is quiet and has improved the air quality in my office.

Works until it doesn't

Bought this unit in Aug. '22, failed in Sept. '23, a month after warranty expired. Used it only in warmer months and worked great.. But then in began to frost up and afterwards displayed "EC" condenser error which requires service call, or by reading reviews people say it's irreparable.

Outlet voltage should be 115V and the surrounding temperature should be with in the range of 41F to 96F.
