Great unit and quiet

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] We purchased this product as our last Frigidaire dehumdifier just recently stopped working after 14 yrs! We feel confidence in using their product again. So far, it has been a great unit in the couple of weeks that we have been using it. ! It is quiet, and reduced the humidity in a matter of a few short hours. It is simple to use and easy to empty the bucket when it fills up. It is easy to move around if we need to with the wheels on the bottom. I would strongly recommend others to make this purchase. We have the 35 pint version but Frigidaire would be a super purchase no matter what size you need,

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Does a real good job of removing moisture from the air. My entire first floor is much more comfortable on days when the air is hot and humid than it was before I purchased the device. I wish the device was designed so that it turned off and on (including the fan) in accord with the set level of humidity. It is noisier than I expected it to be.

No worries, please know that when using a dehumidifier, if not set in the continuous mode or non-stop mode, the compressor will turn off when it reaches the set relative humidity level, The fan should turn off about 3 minutes after the compressor cycles off. If the fan does not shut off after 3 minutes and just runs continuously, the dehumidifier would not be operating as intended. if the dehumidifier is not shut off. [This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Works very well to pull a lot of water out of the air in a short time in our 1k sq ft space. Has been a hot humid summer. Easy to empty bucket, even though large capacity. However, even on low fan, it's a bit nosier than I expected. Not too loud... but noticeable high fan sound when it kicks on.

Working fine at present. Hope it lasts longer than the one it replaced. The water catch bucket is hard to dump in a floor drain without water going everywhere.
