Simply the best dehumidifier

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] After many humid summers in Central Texas, I finally decided to purchase a home dehumidifier. I did a lot of research, and the Frigidaire came up # 1. After a few days, I was more than pleased with the results. I then ordered another one for upstairs. In addition, my sister-in-law bought one on my recommendation and I purchased one for my son as well.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] It’s a lot louder than our previous one. And I wish it beeped when full and had a light that was easier to see. I have to intentionally walk over and look at the display. If the top was slanted a little you could see the light when entering the room.

Dehumidifier compressors are generally noisy during normal operation. These are some type of noise that may hear and considered as normal; Sound of Rushing Air-At the top of the unit, you may hear the sound of rushing air being moved by the fan. Gurgle/Hiss-noise may be heard due to refrigerant passing through evaporator during normal operation. Dripping Sound-the sound of dripping water may be heard during the dehumidification cycle. High Pitched Chatter-Today's high efficiency compressors may have a high pitched chatter during the dehumidification cycle.

I am very happy with this new unit. The noise level is wonderful and it really works well. My only issue because it is energy saving unit it stays on all the time. I called customer service and they told me this is to save energy. I really liked how the old model would turn off when it reached the humidity I set it for. I still love the unit. I just turn it off when I need to especially at night.

Frigidair Dehumidifier is perfect!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] My old dehumidifier gave up after a hard-working 9 years. I selected this Frigidaire over other similar models from different manufacturers and have been very pleased so far. It is extremely quiet and seems to be extremely energy efficient. I have set it at 50% humidity down in my basement and, unlike others I've owned, it keeps the basement at that level without wasting energy to drive it any lower.

We've had a similar model of Frigidaire Dehumidifier for a few years now, and have found it to be a consistent performer. Previously, we had one that lasted more than 20 years.

35 pint Capacity Dehumidifier

I appreciated the strong packing of the unit in the box to ensure safe shipping. The unit was easy to set up. The unit has some power yet is quite. I did much research before the purchase and the Frigidaire 35 pint dehumidifier was highly rated by different reviewers. I am most happy with my purchase and will purchase a Frigidaire product in the future.
